This traffic migration will be completed tomorrow!

"Twilio will be updating the media IPs and port ranges for SIP and Voice SDK calls in all regions to 168.86.128.0/18 and expanding the UDP port range to 10000-60000. Old IP and port ranges will no longer accept or send traffic after this date."

The second test of this migration was completed yesterday:

"January 16, 2024: 20% of all calls will use the new range for 24 hours"

We previously communicated, via email and via our status page, the Twilio Media IP changes.

We would like to make you aware that Twilio has postponed these changes and now traffic will start migrating from December 5th and will be completely migrated on January 24th, 2024.

To avoid any disruption to your services, make sure to act by December 5th, 2023.

This scheduled maintenance affected: CxEngage - North America Region (Voice Services) and CxEngage - Europe Region (Voice Services).
