As part of our ongoing commitment to providing a reliable and scalable platform, we will be performing a an essential maintenance to upgrade our database infrastructure. This maintenance includes:
- Upgrading the database engine to a newer version - Increasing the database instance capacity to support upcoming service expansions
Expected Impact: We expect the impact to be minimal, please note that during a very short period of time (2-5min) within the maintenance window:
- call routing to agents may be briefly affected.
We are taking every measure to ensure the process is as seamless as possible and completed within the allotted window. This upgrade is essential to ensure continued performance and reliability as we expand our platform capabilities.
